After teaching several math classes at the college level, Darren began to imagine better ways of promoting math. The result is an arithmetic class enjoyed by young people outside of traditional schools. Darren expects his offerings to grow. He expects to soon offer an Algebra course which will allow many more directions of study for students.

Darren earned a Ph.D. from Purdue University. His thesis was in algebraic geometry. He currently provides Business Intelligence services as a consultant. He also teaches foundational mathematics to MBA students.
